Maybe. You might lose power, as carbs depend on engine vacuum to draw fuel into the intake, and the 600 draws less vacuum than the 750. Try it and see what happens.

NFI. The carbs for the 750 are larger diameter. So, no, they will not be a direct replacement. The size difference is probably only a few mm's though, so i'm sure with a little imagination you can figure something out.
