The previous owner of my 98 HB dx had the passender fender replaced after a parking lot bender. I noted that it was aftermarket, since the edge rolls and such were a bit different looking from the OEM honda fender on the driver side. And it didn't have the VIN sticker on it. Anyway it doesn't fit as well as the OEM fender and that bothers me and I'd like to replace it one day.

Long story aside, here's the question: Are all fenders from 96-00 civics (regardless of trim or body style) interchangeable?

Maybe I can hit up someone who just put shiny new M3 fenders on their ride

 

no.

96-98 are different then the 99-00 civics.

Ah yes thanks for the info - so just to make sure the fenders are the same across the models for the respective years? 96 coupe fits 96 hatch fits 96 sedan etc.

Where is your buddy selling his fenders? I'm interested if it's local and OEM...
