i found a 89 hf rex that appears to be rust free. with a 91 si tranny and a 95 vtec motor. the guy says he lost interest and that the car doesnt run but he has all the parts. how hard would it be to get this car converted to obd1. i have changed fuel filters, installed intake, adjsuted throttle/ clutch cables, did brakes, and installed radios and subs on a few cars. do you think id be able to pull it off, im assume it mostly wiring form here on out? im going to search for the how to, but the idea of having the car sitting in the street and not running is not cool with me. any info apreciated
