1999 Civic with JDM b18c5 98 spec motor NEW LOWERED PRICE

Clean title

Chassis and exterior:
The car was purchased in 1999 brand new from Honda dealer. The car itself has about 108,500 miles on it. The exterior needs some touch-ups due to scatches on the corners.
Motor and drivetrain:
The motor is a b18c5 JDM 98 spec Integra Type R. It had 20,000 miles when I purchased the motor from a disturbutor in El Monte, CA. I put about 15,000 miles on the motor myself. The motor has about 35,000 miles up to this moment. Oil change is done every 2,500 miles with Mobil 1 10W-30 oil. The car is upgraded and serviced by experienced mechanics located in La Harba, CA. The swap was done by a shop located in El Monte, CA in September 2003. Tranny oil is changed twice within my ownership of the motor.
The motor has a LSD as it is a Type R motor. In addition, it has a Type R transmission as well.
Modifications:
Brakes- the car has a set of Brembo rotor in the front along with Axxis brake pads. At the rear, a conversion of rear brake discs have done along with Axxis brake pads as well.
Suspension: - KYB adjustable shocks with Ground Control setup. Excellent for both
street and track use.
- All of the struct bars and stabalizers have installed in this car for
best handling.
Engine related: - AEM cam gear
- AEM Cold Air Intake for Type R
- DC sport stainless steel header
- Apex'i exhaust system
Interior: The audio system has been taken off from the car due to car theft. The seats in the front and back are original. Sparco steering wheel is installed and I will give you the quick release kit for the steering wheel as well (did not have time to install it myself). Civic Si cluster gauage is installed.
HID headlights are installed in this car for brighter lighting.
5-Zigen rims are the shoes for the car along with Falken tires. The rims are black and they are 15'' in size.
The car is excellent for handling and speed. I brought the car to 1 circuit track event last year and had a wonderful day tracking the car. The car is just amazing for it.
The car is ready to deliever what you expect from a Type R and is ready for action.
I am currently an owner of a Evolution and I do not have space to keep 2 cars in my apartment. It is a truely amazing car.

The motor was swapped by a store named ABCD located in El Monte. They did an excellent job. The motor did not have any problem since I owned it.
The car does have AC.
