quick question will a 99 si intake fit on a d16y8?

just wondering cause the stock intake box look the same .. did a search but couldnt find anything

The ex(d16y8) intake hose is smaller compared to the si (b16a2) intake hose. but the air box is the same dimension.. the reason for the smaller size is that
the d16y8 TB size is 56mm..and the b16a2 TB size is 60mm..I may be off with actual TB size but this is the reason for the size difference on the intake hoses.. someone correct me if I am wrong

i believe they are the same. i know they are both interchangeable though

the throttle body bore is different but your right they are interchangeable they both bolt up to one another...the placement of the air box i have no clue havent been around enough SI's lol

i was really intrested in this and we did it this weekend and we got it to fit you just need all the parts and to mess with it a little!
