Default HELP!! Advice? need Wiring, whos got it or can make it.. 90 crx --> 95 jdm gsr

I have a 1990 crx dx with a 95 JDM GSR motor. same problem for about 10 months have no idea what it is it has to be in the wiring. I had a friend who works for honda that make me a complete new cabin side wiring harness for my crx.

Problem: CRX will start up fine, runs a little rich... but it wont hold idle after giving it a little gas. The crx will hold idle at about 900rpm but if i give it any gas it falls to 0rpms and dies. had it in a shop and had all sensors checked... no leaks, no check engine codes that we are aware of... no fuel problems. I had a new fuel pump installed, new FPR and injectors. We played with the idle screw didnt help. If anyone has any advice or help to what this could be or happens to know how to make a "professional" cabin side harness or has one then let me know. after about a years worth of effort when i had the time, we came to the conclusion it had to be a wiring problem.. crossed wires or some other stupid ****.
Im am prettty desperate, i wanna get her on the road.
Any help would be great.
