Default running poorly after sohc vtec head swap

i put a vtec head on my rex and the car is running like crap they say its timing cause the dissy is wrong has any one had this prob? if so what did yiu do?

its not throwin anycodes it is a zc block and it still has the crx dizzy

VTEC IS WIRED TO A SPOON CONTROLLER
