Looks like you could use a *slightly* longer throttle cable!

First off thanks to Nikos for the forum that provided such great info, and your personal help with the wiring diagram and constant questions I have asked over aim.

Second the turbo manifold is SFP or Southern Florida Performance.

The turbo kit is completely made by me and assembled by me.

The setup is as follows:
t3 60-1 .82ar
inlinepro 650s
SFP turbo manifold
custom 2.5" piping
custom 3" dp
tial 38mm
dsm bov haha
xo2 racing 26x7x3 bar and plate
KPRO

And on the throttle cable, I used the stock shorty one, but I thought the whole reason for using rsx one or a dx one or whatnot was because the butterfly wouldnt open all the way, or close all the way, yet mine opens and closes fully? Any other insite to this?

As far as running as of today everything is hooked up, I am just waiting on my oil return line in the mail, and I need to put fluids in it, bleed clutch line/brake lines etc. and pending my wiring is correct so should be a day or so....

thanks
-Grant

Well that can be adjusted at the throttle bracket side of the cable whether it be through the regular nut adjustment or an offset bracket.

I'm just looking at your cable, and even though you've got stiff mounts, if you get any flex at all that thing will probably snap. There's way too much tension in it!

I'm just speculating here. I've never done a k20; others may be using the same cable with the same tension and have never had a problem.

Just trying to look out for you!

Amazing. A H22 powered EG wasnt fast enough, so you put a K20 in it? THEN you thought it needed a turbo for even more power? ****! Respect man, hahaha! Can I get the H22?

Why don't you look for a gsr throttle cable? or something along those lines that's a little longer?

Thanks for the comments....

Why do I need a longer throttle cable? I feel shorter better, to not have such a bunch of clutter in the bay.

The h22 before was turboed, it was fun, but not practical as this motor is.
