I am For sure I am going to swap out my D15b7 In my 95 civic DX. I found a Complete LS B18B swap from a 95 teg. It will run $2000. Should I do this or go for the B16a2,3..... This will run About 5 to 6 hundred More. I figure I can put that money into building up a B18b. WHICH SWAP WOULD BE MY BEST BET, considering money, power, and long-term capabilities????

 

kinda in the high side for a b18b and a 1995 dont you think?

 

no thats about what there running for a full swap now.
it all depends on what your final goals are. the b18b has torque but no HP. the b16 has HP but no torque.

 

between those two I would take the b16a...im sure many people would take the LS tho as well. if you could extend your budget, b18c1.

 

take the LS, build that
and live with the lumpy idle and the 21mpg
