anyone happen to know on the front shocks on the top of the shaft what MM the allen wrench is. im trying to lower my buddys car and the shaft spins when im trying to take off the top bolt that hold the spring on...need allen wrench in top to stop it spinning

 

I saw that you posted this in another forum. Allen keys usually come in a set. Why don't you just get a metric set and bring it over to your friend's place? It's a common size that's in every set, I remember.

If not, get a cheap set from any auto parts store for like $3-5.
