Ground controls with tokiko illumina 5 way adjustables.
VERY happy with the ride, on 16's it scrapes from other issues like offsize tires and bad rear integ brake install... So I don't have it lowered as much as I could at all...
VERY fun tho

niccccccce! i like the wheels.is the integra rear disc that hard?theres a 93 tes auto at a local salvage yard .the whole set up $40.00 yes no ****. i allready paid i have not pulled it off yet.
It was easy, jsut pull EVERYING, including the ebarke cable allthe way into the center console... Only thing that you can cut off are the wires for the ABS<if it has them>
When swapping, I've heard several stories... some say that the control arm from the civic is used... I don't know what to beleive...
My alignment is OFF BADLY. I used the ENTIRE suspension from the integra, and it ended up way beyond adjustment to correct it.

Progress springs cut to 3" w/ tokico 5 way illuminas. Rides like poop and i scrape on too many speedbumps and i have to enter my driveway at an angle so i wont booger up my front bumper. Oh yea, all my struts/shocks are blown to hell and back and back to hell again casue my car is too low.

When doing the rear disc swap all that you use from the Integra is the Trailing arms with brake caliper and rotor, brake line, and e-brake lines. You use the lower control arms and everything else from the Civic. Some of the other arms on the Integra are a little longer than the Civic's. I found this out the hard way when I was trying to install the rear disc swap and it didn't fit right. Then I just used the Integra trailing arm and it fit perfect.
You can also tahe the Integra hubs off(the rear, using a T-51 and I forget,a 22 or 24mm socket)and bolt them on to your EF trailing arms so you don't widen your track and change your suspension geometry;for the front,90-91 Civic EX(4dr)knuckles and brakes work best, but the Integra stuff will work-it just changes the geometry
H&R Sports, soon to be replaced with GC coilovers:
Thanks! It's one of the cleanest that I've seen because it has never been wrecked, ragged on or modded up. A girl drove it pretty much all of its life since new (one owner car), so it probably never saw above 5000 rpms.
heres what mine used to look like... im now primered on steelies soon to be repainted....
i dont know why it wont show, just go to properties and copy the url, unless its showing now

well,,now its between the H&R sports,,1.8 front,,1.7 rear
and neuspeed sports 2 inch all the way around
i know they r made by the same CO,,but is one better then the other
i plan to get tokico blue's
will those 2 springs b a good match up??
i would get KYB AGX's
but i hear they arent meant for a car lowered more then 1.75 inches??
is that true
or should i just get the KYB's??
i like the KYB's on the 94 hatch i have
but i dont want them blowing after a year
also,,on the springs
will the H&R's settle,,and lower it a lil more??
cuz if they do i would assume all springs settle,,and the neu's sports will lower more then 2 inches
i will b rolling on 13's steelies for a lil while untill i decide on what rims to get for my 94 hatch
i ordered 16 inch subzeros,,but the people at mach3 said they will b getting a shipment of rotas in in like 2-3 weeks,,and there was no guarante that the subs would b on there
so i canceled it,
and i was gona roll on my 96 GSRs on the 90 hatch
but now i keep the 96 GSRs on the 94 hatch
thanks mike
