Lifters could be tapping. Check the oil, although I'm sure you have. Is it obnoxious and loud, or just a very subtle click. Does it get louder/faster as you rev. We need more info man.

This is ridiculous. I'm getting so sick of these little 14 year olds that have nothing better to do, and have been kicked out of every chat room coming to Honda-Tech and being completely idiotic. Sorry its irrelevant to the topic, but would everyone please report these morons as I have also.

ok, its not a loud click, it doesnt get higher with revs, and i have checked and changed oil.

its not oil related.

could be your valves tapping. just need adjusted. or could be your fuel injectors. injectors are notorius for making cick noises.

This post is funny. Anyway, get a screwdriver and point it at an injector, make sure it touches it. Now put your ear against the handle and the injector noise will transmit through the screwdriver so you can hear it better. See if thats the same 'click' you are hearing.
If not then get your valve clearances checked. I'm not sure if theres a write up on how to do this but if your stuck PM me. It's very simple.

Honda injectors are also loud. Hell I went to some dsm 450 and they are loud as hell. You also might need a valve adjustment like the above guy said.

I'm going with it being your valves.

No offense, but if you are asking that question, you prob. shouldn't do the job yourself. I honestly don't know the answer to your question, but I would take it to a professional to get it done. It shouldn't be more than $50 or so.

well, i checked my oil again (about 500 miles since i last checked it) well, my oil was dangerously low (im burning oil obviously)

well i put a quart in it and it still clicks.

i put my ears right next to the injectors and it Sounds like them, but i cant tell being so close to all the stuff in there that makes noise.

i will try the skrewdriver idea, if that doesnt help ill search for how to do an adjustment and do it myself
