1987 Civic HB Questions
I'm new to Honda's first of all, I used to tinker with rotaries and never actually planned on getting into building Honda's, but I just kind of developed an interest in my Civic.
It may not be much of a car, but it's got a lot of potential simply because of its size and weight.
So, I'd like to know where I can read up on some things mainly about swapping a B16A2 into the bay and turbo charging it.
My car is a:
87 Hatch Civic
5 speed manual with a floor shifter (no console)
Carburated
13" wheels
Also, what kind of wheel's would be best for this car? I'm looking for something clean, old school, in a 15" size at most. What's the widest I can go, and what kind of offsets do I need to be looking at.
The headlamps are cracked and are starting to rust, I can get some new ones off E-Bay for 100 bucks, but I was wondering if the 1988 aftermarket ones will fit?
Finally, here's the car's major accomplishment:
It's got 250K on the odometer, on its ORIGINAL clutch, axles, etc.
