What? You need someone to check your tire pressures or something?
Go ahead, spill the beans and let those that might be able to help know what you've got in mind!

Actually there are quite a few ricers in Cumberland. Though I must admit, the ones that followed me into a parking lot just wanted to tell me how cool it was that I had a yellow integra and asked me where I got the paint. They had no idea what a Type-R was, or that it was the OEM PY.

HAHA. No defiently not something like that, I'm not that stupid. My CEL is on and it has been for some time now. It says my crank speed fluctation sensor is unpluged or short circuited so i replaced with a new one and it is still one. So i dont know what the problem is. It could be the wires leading into it but i dont know how to check that and i would like a shop or dealership to look into it. The funny thing about is that when i unplug the battery from car and let it sit over night and hook it back up in the morning and start it back up there will be no CEL even when i go out for a long drive (say 4 hours long). Heres the weird part, when i turn the car off and and restart it, underneath the car my exhaust makes a crazy rattling sound(Dcsports-T1R-T1R, and dont know from what) and the CEL comes right back on. Its hurting my gas mileage and im in need to get this fixed ASAP.
Please help!!!

It is just a loud rattle right by the cat.-header flange. It just does it right at the beginning of when i go in 1st gear.

The only people I can think of out there are racing shops.
Kearney Automotive is in western Maryland. (301)322-3240.
King Rat is also right out there at Summit Point WV. http://www.kingratmotorsports.com/
Neither of these groups is maintenance-oriented. They are more race shop oriented and would be able to offer help with track modifications and unusual things like suspension work, cage design and installation, stuff like that.
The actual maintenance on a DC2 ITR is very simple. You just have to keep changing the oil and transmission fluid regularly, and remember to check the book for major items like timing belt changes.
You really don't need to be a genius to do the maintenance work on an ITR, and the race shops out there can help you with your modifications and track work.
I have not had any work done at Kearney, but I've met Linda Kearney and had a good conversation with her about about track work. I have had some work done at King Rat and would certainly recommend him for anything involving suspensions or race/track items.

There is a shop up near Deep Creek called Garrett Automotive that has done some minor work on my R and my old scooby. I have had pretty good luck with them, and I consider them trustworthy.

There are no nearby Acura dealerships, you would have to go 100 miles north to Greensburg or Mcmurray PA or even further down to NOVA (Pohanka).

I have lived in keyser, well fort ashby which is 20 minutes away my whole life. I don't think that town has ever had a type R come through it
There is a Honda dealership in Bridgeport, WV which is about 2 hours from keyser. This is the closest one that I know of, its called Plohal Honda.
Funny to see this thread because the town is so small and people actually know what it is. There are very few clean cars in Cumberland and I've never seen and ITR in that area.

I have driven through Keyser quite a few times in my ITR, and hundreds of times through Cumberland (or should I say OVER Cumberland, on I-68) litterally hundreds of times. I've driven THROUGH Cumberland a couple times, but not if I can avoid it

There is also a Honda dealership in Hagerstown, which might be a bit closer, and more likely to be familiar with Acuras.

What, can't you find this info yourself? If I knew the name of the place off the top of my head I would have given it to you. Come to think of it, why did you even ask if there was a dealership nearby? You know, there's this real great invention called the internet, it gives you access to all sorts of neat info, and it hardly requires any brain power to utilize it.

That's a rather gross generalization, and as a result it is simply not true. While it may be true that there are no shops that have a lot of experience with performance modified cars, all the OP was asking for was normal diagnosis and repair, and there are certainly people up there that can do it. I mentioned one, and there are most likely others. You may be right in not wanting to take your turbo prelude there, but a mostly stock R is certainly not a challenge for them. They often work on Mercedes, Porches, Audis, BMWs, etc... as long as they can get the specs they need from the standard shop manuals, they can do it fine.
To say that no one up there has a clue - well that's just ridiculous, to start with most of them have better spelling and grammar skills than you. And to think you are a college grad...
