progress springs?
has anyone ever hear of the progress technology lowering springs? anyone give me some info on these never heard of them. Also should i get the 92-95 civic spring lower 2.3", or the ones for a "h" motor that lower 2". I will be going a h22 swap in the spring but want ot go as low as i can do i need the h ones or will i be fine with the 2.3"? also when i do this swap would my stock civic cx shocks be fine i know they dont leak and they take lots of stress

I've heard they ride well for the price tag.
Must match up with a good shock that can
handle the spring rates.They are the only manufacturer that produces a 3'' drop spring set.

I have a progress 22mm rear sway bar and it's great. The guy I bought it from was running the full coilover made by progress and he loved them. They are a good company so I would imagine their springs are made just as well as the other products that they sell.
