Default built d-series runs but won't rev

i have a fully built d-16 with y8 head and p28 ecu jut got it back and in from pistons and rods balancing already had skunk stage 2 cams titanium springs and lifters msd ignition

so it starts and idles fine starts out rich but then runs just slightly lean but wont rev at all. could it be ignition timming or cam timing ? or just in need of tune ?

sounds liek you need a good tune and to give everything another look down make sure all your lines are lubed and nothing snagged or not connected...

You can get that same kit from Moates.net

I have purchased a few kits from there.

Better to go with a known good seller than possibly get ripped off on ebay.

we need more information, that doens't tell me anything useful to diagnose...
What model, what was done wiring-wise?
And yeah, if you're using aggressive cams and pistons, you'll need to tune it.
And why are you building an engine if you don't know that much <-- rude.. i know..
