Default removing locking lug nuts

So I tried to take my rear wheels off of my civic and noticed the guy that had it before me had put on locks on the rear wheels and non on the front, how would I take these off? when I bought the car they didnt give me any keys for the lugnuts...

to make matters worse all 4 lug nuts on both of the back wheels have them so 8 locking nuts total...

either try and buy the wheel lock because its probably a common wheel lock or just weld a lug nut onto the ones holding the wheels on.

yea I called some tire shops around and they said it could be $10-40 depends if I find the right lock, the only problem now is the car is pretty beat up has expired tabs so I might have to risk getting pulled over...

I know Pep Boys carry some special sockets made espescially to take off locking lug nuts. Go to your local Pep Boys store and ask. Use the socket with an impact wrench.

I believe these are the kinds of things designed for removing rounded nuts as well. (Essentially, that is what you have except this nut is intentionally made round.)

Good luck!

just take a 12 point socket that barely fits the lug, and pound it onto the locking lug with a BFH presto chango no more locking lugz.
