Rust on sunroof...
How hard is it to fix?? i'm looking at a black crx si for sale 1,300 stock from a chick.. she says it has some rust on the sunroof... how can i fix that?
edit: its a 88

I just replaced my sunroof. Just go a junkyard and find nother crx with a sunroof! I just grabbed the sunroof panel from the car with all it's little attatchments.. You only have to undo 4 nuts/bolts to take off the roof! After that, just clean the new roof and compare and contrast the "roof parts" from the new and old roof and use/keep the parts that are the best! make sure to clean up rust and lube everything appropriately.. remember a good rust deterent can be a good friend when keeping your new roof from rusting!
Anyway.. I have a red rex and replaced the sunroof with a black roof and it looks WAY BETTER.. If you don't understand what I said you will once you have both sunroofs lying side by side in yur garage! btw: my autosalvage yard charged me 50$ for my roof, bastards just charge me more cuz I'm pretty!
