i dropped my car with tein basic coilovers on my em1. I dropped it pretty low until the spring was loose. I notice wen i hit dips or put pressure on the coilovers they squeak or make a crunching sound. is this normal from dropping my car too low?

 

It's probably the big bushing on the lca. Jack your car up and take the wheel off and bounce the suspension up and down. You should be able to find where the squeak comes from.

its a low clanking sound. you can hear it from the outside.
