problem with distributor!!!!!!!!!!

i have a 96 civic dx, the dist. has a peep hole under it, now it started to leak oil. just wondering if we are able to fix this? {leaking oil from peephole under dist. not from in between the head and dist.}

hey ****** it came with it from factory.... it seems to be some kind of emergency overflow relief valve or somethin....

I would say try and plug it up with something?

Like you said, if it to get excess oil out of the block and it's spewing out oil.. Maybe your oil level is too high?
