some basic information...
fill them with window weld... cheaper and very effective.... or if you got the money get yourself new motor mounts... if you change all your motor mounts with polyurethane ones, there will be a lot of vibration inside the car...
i suggest you change only the front lower motor mounts and see how it feels.. then change the rest if you don't like it
and like luserkid said, change them one by one... i would put a jack under the oil pan while you're changing them just to make sure it doesn't fall out... i changed my front ones without placing anything under the engine... the rear mounts held fine
