Default Wife's new ride

Since we have a suburban and gas prices are on the rise, decided to buy my wife a civic for running around. Bought it from a friend and fellow H-T'er

Good for your wife

Personally though (and this is just me) I would hate running errands or getting groceries or picking the kids up from school (not that I have any kids) in a customized car of any kind, especially a lowered one. I would rather be in a car that draws ZERO attention from people, looks as UNaggressive as possible, gets good gas mileage, gets me from A to B safely, reliably and preferrably comfortably. Also I would like to not have to angle/go uber slow on steep driveways or speedbumps. I would also like it to be strong enough to get up a hill but slow enough so I don't feel like I have to be ridiculously careful with the throttle. That's just what a daily driver is all about to me.

But that's just me. I digress- sorry. But good find for your wife if that's what she's into

I completely understand your point of view. I've worked on this car and know it's history, and the price was reasonable. I offered to put it to stock or remove some mods for her. She wants some SI wheels and I think it'll be raised slightly. Believe it or not, the exhaust is very quiet.

She's just happy to drive something that gets better than 14 mpg
