Yeah we have all tried ordering them from discount tire. After you order they send you this email:
Hello,

Currently, we are unable to fill your order due to insufficient stock. Would
you like us to back-order the merchandise for you? All that we require would
be a 10% deposit to hold the order. Once the product arrives, we will charge
the remaining balance on the credit card and finalize the order.
Or, you may want to consider a different item which is currently in stock.
Please let us know what you decide. For further assistance, you may reach us
via email or you may contact us at 1-888-216-0224. We hope to hear from you
soon.

That's really weird that you guys are all having problems getting them from Discount. I got mine about three weeks ago and only had to wait three days for them to ship from Arizona.
