Default Finally got my motor together. 2 questions. (problems)

JDM GSR block.

Ported GSR head
-milled .030
-valve job
-ITR valves
-Crower valvetrain
-ITR cams
-AEM cam gears
-Cometic MLS HG
-ARP studs
-Blox IM
-Phearable.net Eprom chip in my chipped P28
-Stock TB
-Stock Exhaust mani

Here's the story. A couple friends came down from Spartanburg to help me do the head swap. (thanks Nick and Torrey!!) We got it on and Nick told me to retorque the headstudsafter driving it for a day. When i first drove it it smoked some, then went away..... So today I took out the cams etc, then retorqued. When i was working on it i noticed some oil from the bottom of the head to the block stamp (B18C). I figured that it was from when we were removing the old head, so i just wiped it off. After i got it all back together i took it for a spin and it was smoking again, but felt pretty strong. When i parked it and popped the hood i noticed oil again in the same spot!!!!

WTF, is my new head gasket not sealing?
Could the smoke be from bad cam timing? (I'm not sure i did it right, maybe to much overlap or something)

I thought of one possible reason as to why it's smoking (white smoke). Could it be that the ECU is running it too rich? I told phearble.net that i was going to be running blox b's....which i was planning on doing, but i didn't have enought $$$, and i already had ITR cams, so i'm just running those now. Could it just be too much fuel... I mean, sometimes it's a lot of smoke.

found these possiblities while searching.

distributor o-ring, valve cover gasket, head gasket, vtec solenoid gaskets

dizzy o-ring and vtec solenoid gaskets didn't get permatex grey....cam seals did, I have to pull the valve cover off again anyway since i broke a valve cover stud, so i guess i'll pull off the dizzy & vtec as well and seal them.

also found this

"when u mill the head and block u take some of the surface...
if u use the stock dowel pins without making sure they are shorter to compensate for what u have taken out off the surfaces, u will not be able to torque the head back to the right specs "
