i want to change my headlight bulb for my 93 civic dx hatch.
what are my options out there. i want something that super white or bright white. something that between $20-$35 a set and no more than that.

i just want something that work alittle better than stock. and what is the part # ?
ive heard some said #9003 & # H4 are the same...is that true?

If you want something that will perform better than stock in that price range, try Sylvania XtraVision bulbs. You should be able to find them at your local auto parts chain (Pep Boys, Autozone, etc.).

And yes, 9003 and H4 are the same application.
