Default Short runner intake manifold supplies.....

I am building several short runner intake manifolds for customers at the moment, and I want them all to have a uniform look/construction. I want every aspect of them to be the best quality I can provide. The problem now is finding a reliable source for the parts needed, so I can duplicate my design 6 months down the road with out having to search for another vendor. I need access to press-in threaded bungs for the throtttle body mounting. I would rather not have the aluminum intake threaded. Although I want ones with vertical splines, not these angled ones, also, I dont want the rivet style ones. These would be pulled in from the inside of the manifold. Pic of example....

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Thats where I have been getting fuel rail extrusion and injector bungs. It would seem that those inserts I am looking for would be an easy find, but I have at least 3 hours into searching, and that is the closest thing I have found to what I need. I am actually making these for VW's, but I figured you guys might have a good idea where to look, because Honda-Tuners seem to out weigh us VW-Tuners 10-1. I drive a 1977 VW Rabbit with a Turbo Charged custom mounted 2.8L VR6. I wish we had the awesome aftermarket you guys do. Thanks for your help.

It is my daily driver, running about 8 PSI at around 280 BHP. It is a lot of fun, especially because I finally got my LSD in.

I want to build one for this car, but I would have to relocate the radiator unfortunately.
