I just saw a carbon fiber lip spoiler for a usdm type R and I was wondering if any body else has seen it. it is mugen front lip

 

where did you see it? I didnt know Mugen makde parts for the USDM areos. Just JDM. Spoon's old 93-94 lip is made by someone, but I dont remember Mugen makign one.

IF Mugen made this item I would consider purchasing it for my Type R. BUT don't you guys think this would be way too tempting and easy to steal? With a power tool you could remove the OEM lip in about 30 seconds. Can you imagine how much this would cost considering it is made by Mugen and is composed of carbon fiber? FYI - the *small* carbon fiber intake for the S2000 is $1,500.00

snake01 - does it look similar the the OEM style front lip?

 

yea but I have only seen the one for the civic but the guy said he is getting them in for the integra next month. they are made by mugen they are not a nock off

I believe Benen Industries is working on some carbon fiber aero for Civic and Integra. Supposed to be good quality. If you see some of their suspension braces, you would know they don't bullshit about quality.
