fuel hardline feedline question

fuel hardline feedline question
The hardline thats a feedline is a 5/16ths hardline. Now the nut thats on the end of that...that attachs to the bottom of the oem fuel filter...is that an inverted flair? And what size is that nut? Any help thanks
