rsx type s trans 05' FS cheap needs a ring and pinon MARYLAND
I have an RSX S 2005 trans available all syncros etc are guaranteed perfect(very low miles, it had a freaky failure of one spot on the ring and pinon gears all else is perfect, trans is apart to be seen, I replaced the trans and client did not want it. It need to be cleaned (either spray clean or parts washer) due to the fluid and metal mixing, but thats all. had low! miles. I also have a GSR trans that I think needs reverse and a syncro or two, both I just need to get rid of, I will take $200 or so for the RSX and $100 for the GSR obviously both are as is but I will gaurantee no grinds in the rsx if properly assembled. THANKS!!
AS STATED NEEDS ONLY RING AND PINION, IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT A RING AND PINION ARE, THE RING GEAR IS BOLTED TO THE DIFF CARRIER AND CAN BE REPLACED BY ITSELF, THE PINOIN IS PART OF THE COUNTER SHAFT ON THE END. NO 2005 RSX TYPE S SHIPPED TO THE US EVER HAD OR HAS A LSD, I STAND BY THIS STATEMENT, CHECK ACURA'S LITERATURE ON THERE WEB SITE NOT WHAT SOME MORON POSTED ON A FORUM AFTER HIS BUDDY TOLD HIM. The 2006 civic si will be the first us K series to have lsd but it will have 200hp(old style rating) Thanks for looking just an fyi the go for over 3k new and over 1k used 05/06 set up is extremely rare especially with less than 5k miles on it.

I pm'ed you I assume this is a 6 speed if so can you send me pictures and details as to why the ring and pinion blew
I have an 05 Civic Si I would like to put this in as soon as it has more than 5k on it (I'm at 2500 now)
