Default 97' f22b shift kits and high lock torque converters?

Allright i finally picked my self up a new whip. I got a great deal on a 97 accord ex w/ 97k miles of this lady. It had a lame tan paint job and a its sedan but i said what the hell. Its an automatic ( allright i know it doesn't sound like a dream car but im a college student). So me an my dad ( who was big into mopar back in the day) thought we could take on modifeing it when i come back from school for a month. So i started of with a spyder body kit ( my dad who is a model maker so he made some outrageusly nice brackets for attaching the kit ) sprayed it black with some minor fine silver flake and 6 layers of clear. turned out decent for my first paint job but anyways. i strapped on a new exhaust on the back from the cat back. new cold air intake, new plugs, cap, rotar, plugs, strut bar, blah blah i know. my first tuner. chrome tint, 15" chrome alba wheels, bf tires. and oh yeah 2 10" kickers 1000wkenwood, new components and deck. thats it . So obviosly ive had a taste and I WANT MORE. MY QUESTION IS!! sorry bare with me. i want some control on my automatic and i read a previous topic on shift kits and high lock torque converters. should i look into that. and what else , new coilovers and maybe some spray or boost, whats up what should i do?

man, u seem to be replacing everything and anything on it...was the engine in bad shape? did the previous owner not give it regular maintenance, if none of the stuff u replaced was worn or damaged u wasted ur money...OE honda components last a pretty long time and u dunt need to start upgrading stuff like radiators or plugs and stuff like that til ur making a good amount of more power

i had to drive 2200 milles from NY to NM so i want my cooling good. everything else like the timing belt and water pump go on the accord so that was preventive. the new ignition stuff was cheap and fun for me to fool around with. i know it wasn'y neccesary. but what should i tackle with limited funds. i haven't been doing this that long .. do you think i should start with more power or suspension upgrades. or lighten it up with some carbon fiber

i wud recomend some high perforamnce tires with a set of lightweight wheels...then work on suspension...our accords r goin to be fat(heavy) and slow unless we dump hours of work and quiute a bit of money into them, so the best thing to do first is to make it handle better, atleast it'll feel fast in the corners and it'll be more fun to drive...
