I am having serious issues with every alternator I get for my all motor GSR. Has anyone ever encountered problems similar to this?

--History--alternator died the day of my dyno tuning after a complete rebuild. During the dyno session I had to have it tuned with a battery pak charger on the battery. Towed it home and have had alternator issues ever since....
