I want to lower my car and was leaning more towards springs rather than coilovers...but when i had my 92 accord and i put on coilovers the struts were blown , and my friend just recently put springs on his 97 civic and his struts were blown, if i put on these new lowering springs on my new car will i blow out my struts too and have a rough ride like i had in my accord....

Also, whats better lowering springs or adjustable coilovers!
