98+ Integra with si-vtec fogs??

I remember seeing a member who did this, but I can't find his post. It was a red LS with a 3 piece spoiler and OEM optional side skirts. I think he had a decal that said DOHC NONVTEC too. Anyway, any help would be cool. THX.
