Anyone got pics of an EG radiator on an EF ????
I have to rig up an EG b16 aluminum radiator in my crx and I was wondering if anybodys got any pics of how they did it.
I think Ive seen some mounted at an angle, I want to try and make it look stock.

the only way to accomplish that is to start cutting or look into an aftermarket crossmember.
if you cut the crossmember you have to reinforce it.

Full race makes a "shorty" for the crx and i think hatch. Same width as eg, but shorter to allow hood clearence. Check out Full Races web site. Oh yea, after market crossmember would help

i am 99% sure you just have to weld a couple rad-mount-tabs somewhere to fit the (stock) radiator.. I would give Z-10 a call and see what they say!
BTW, I love Z-10 bars!

nice, but did you really need to buy the lower profile rad?
but now that i think about it.. i had to trim a little bit of the bracing on my hood to get the stock size one in.. (with my custom "z-10ish" crossmember)

Yes i did need to buy the lower profile one. I had a fluidyne eg, and NO hood clearance. I even trimed some of the skin to try to fit it. I quess your x-member is not so "z-10ish"

I got pics of a eg rad in my crx with stock crossmember, but i cant post them for a few days. It was like 2 inches too tall. I ended up using a 79 civic radiator that was like an inch shorter and it still hits the hood, but i can get it closed.
