time for a suspnetion overhaul on my 95 coupe; my KYB AGX's are blown out and springs are junk. I like my car low but I want to keep the axle breaking to a minimum if possible, but I also have a 4" downpipe and exhaust so I cant be to low

I was going to get Koni Yellow/Neuspeed race but I fare it might be to low and I would hit my downpipe everywhere. Omni power has a awsome price but all the bar reviews latly scare me, plus I live in NE so the roads are terrible around here. My car is setup mostly for drag but it is my daily driver and occasionally I like to go fast on the roads. Alot of people are reccomending Koni/GC but it looks like a hard hard ride with my roads? what spring rates would be the best, obviously i want a little heavier in the back to keep my 60' down. Yes price is an issue, I had orginally planed the 600$ range for struts/springs but I could probably get together a little more loot if need be.

What do you guys reccomend? What do you run?
