WTT: PS rack for NON PS rack
i have a power steering rack off a 95 civic ex, trade me for your non power steering rack
plus ill give you 20 bucks on top of the trade

thats true. but im not running power steering and im pretty sure if theres no fluid circulating in the rack, it will dry up and take a crap no?
