I need help to convert my Jdm B16a motor to a OBD 1. I need to pass smog, I moved to cali from utah, en need my car to pass smog in order to register it. People tell me to do it under the table, but i want to do it legit. I tried selling it, but no one wants to buy a crx that wont pass smog. So please help me out and tell me what i need to do and how much you guyz think it'll cost me.
