Default Crankcase Pressure?, Oil coming out of dipstick pipe

After having my car finally street tuned I've noticed oil coming out of the dipstick area. I'm assuming this has do with crankcase pressure but I already have an Endyn Breather kit installed on the car which I was told would prevent this from occuring. Any ideas or ways to fix this?

maybe drill a whole in the front of the valve cover---attach or weld a barbed or -an fitting, route the hose to another catchcan--or another whole drilled in the Endyn can. If you look through old Option or Option 2 mags. alot of Japanese guys--hold there dipstick in (to prevent leaks) by attaching a spring from the dipstick to the block. they also would put duct or electrical tape over their brake and clutch resevoirs to prevent those from turning or coming loose....
