Anyone else have/getting "fender dimples"
What up,
Okay i just got my car painted like 4 months ago, before it was painted i noticed little dimples in both front fenders. I thought it was just from me or friends sitting of my fenders. But when i got my car painted i replaced one fender and had the other fixed. when i got the car back from the paint booth, both of them had no dents/dimples at all..Now 4 months later i am starting to get some small dime sized dents in both of em..and i dont let anyone at all sit on my car?!?! and a few of my friends cars (slammed teg, civic's) have them also. can it be from being lowered?
BTW: my car is lowered like 3inches?!?

could be from stones hitting your fenders... there's always stones flying around while you drive in gravel.. or from someone else's car
i got those too all over the car... some are smaller others a little larger...
some are from people opening their cars against my car and leaving dents on there

I got one in my fender because i couldn't get a lug nut loose, a friend of mine said "Here *****, let me do it", he had his face about a foot from my fender and pushing down, the ratchet slipped and he smashed his face into my fender.
It was too funny to care about the damage.

thanks for the good laugh
he should've been pulling it to loosen and not pushing.

it usually comes from working on your car when you stand on the side. you might not thing your leaning against it but all you have to do is bump it. fenders are delicate to dings and dents
