vss sensor with obd1 conversion

Default vss sensor with obd1 conversion

Im doing a obd1 conversion on my 90 crx do i have to wire in the electronic vss sensor for the vtec to work with my p28 ecu or can i stay with the cable vss

Just use the vss off of your d series tranny. it drops right into the b tranny and uses the original cable.

yes b series cable vss fits right in but will i still have vtec , dosen't the p28 ecu look for vss output to engage vtec

your gauge cluster produces a vss signal for the ecu
obd0 vtec ecu's look for vss also
