Default anyone using a gathers cd player?

i tried the audio part...but maybe a EF homie knows whats up

this is my problem is that when i turn it on it all lights up and what not but the only problem is that it says mahco code i think i spelled that wrong but that is what it says now normally i know that when you use a honda cd player that you have the use the code so you can turn on the cd player the weird part about this is that you can turn on the gathers and the radio still works but it just wont play cd's. i tried a burnt cd and a normal one

the cd's have to be from japan. the cd player is probably region coded so youd have to burn the cd to what ever region its from. not to sure though.

Do CDs even have regional coding?
I've got literally dozens of CDs I bought while in Japan that play just fine on every usdm CD player
These are both US artists and Japanese artists and the CDs are japanese market specific with kanji printed cases and face labels.

So I'm doubting the whole region specific coding.

I thought the issue with the Gathers JDM was reading US market FM stations...?

Sounds like you need to input the code before you can expect the thing to work the way its supposed to.
