Default Fuel Pump Voltage

I just put my car back together after having it apart for a year, and it's running way rich. Right now the fuel pump is on a toggle switch from battery voltage. What voltage are you guys getting at the connector for your fuel pump?

I was getting 10.86V at the pump when I changed mine out. I also created a post about this very issue. What are you getting thru the switch? around 12V?

Yeah, 12v at the switch/connector. It's running super rich, has a crappy idle, but the ecu isn't throwing a trouble code. I'm gonna reset the timing once i get a hold of a timing light. Also, there's a slight possibility that a vaccum leak could be causing the idle, but I'm pretty sure all my lines are connected.
