what do you know that works???
could be the battery
could be the starter
could be a short in wiring
could be your engine was stolen out of the car, and you dont realize it

Again, take a test light and check that each fuse box(s) has not lost power, and that each fuse checks ok.
You've more than one failure. (electrical) We have to determine which fuses are effected to determine if there is a common point (splice, fusable link Ect.) that could be causing this.
Do any electrical work lately?
