WTB:'88-89 CRX
Yeah,I know this is the wrong forum, but more 4th gen people will see it here,so PLEASE don't move this Mr.Moderator(s)
I'm looking for a HF w/o the heavy door-mounted seatbelts-some 89s have 'em,some don't.I will also consider other CRXs and 4th gen hatches,so if you know about those, let me know.I want one w/good body and interior but the engine is not that important,it would just make it easier to get it home and have something to drive while I'm saving for my swap.
Thanks guys-H-T members(especially 4th gen people)rule!P.S-If anyone needs a CarFax,I've got 2 months of unlimited use.Thanks again!

I really don't see how it matters which year and model CRX you get. Everybody seems to be looking for the lightest weight model, when they don't need to. You can go buy a heavy *** 91 Si and just rip out all the heavy stuff you don't want. Take off the 5mph bumpers, take out the sunroof and put in a fiberglass panel, rip out the door mount seat belts and heavy supports in the doors and put in a roll cage and a couple of harnesses.
Plus you get all the advantages of the Si, sunroof if you want to keep it. Easier wiring for a b16, bigger brakes, b16a compatible hubs.
