No.
He has Wings West sideskirts, but it's not the complete kit, and the front lip is not WW, it's Mugen.

You dipshit, that's a WW kit. The mugen lip is an equal length piece. Those flare out at the wheels like a 'TYPE R' style lip, thus Wings west.

Dipshit? Nice. As I stated earlier, it's a Mugen lip, Wings West side skirts.

I hate lips and **** like that. But i have to say this, if anyone knows anything about apperence its Rodrez, that guy has taken pics of cars with everything on it. So if he says Mugen and Spoon. I say Mugen and spoon.

That thread that was posted says " 92-95 Civic Mugen Lips -- Urethane WW RS Style" So isnt that a mugen style, so your both right?

Rodrez takes great pics, and I hope one day he'll do a photoshoot for me when my Civic is done, but dammit, it's a WW lip...

The Wings West lip is a replica of the 92-95 Mugen EG6 front lip. The Wings West lip does not fold into the front grill area like the authentic Mugen lip.

A closer look at Randee's front lip, with his new Crow bumper. As you can see, it folds into the grill, and has the Mugen bade attached.

Randee's old lip, which was Wings West. It does not fold into the grill, it attaches to the bottom of the bumper. The JDMshit.com lip is a replica of the Wings West lip

Another authentic Mugen lip next to Randee's Mugen lip

The lip in that thread from Newman is actually a replica of the Wings West lip.................which was of course a replica of the Mugen lip. Wings West just didn't make the lip go into the grill area with additional plastic, like Mugens.

As you can see, the lines on the Mugen bumper, where the ducts are located look completely different from the very round, and simple lines of the Wings West lip.
I'm not bitching, or fighting, simply stating true facts

Another authentic Mugen lip

Those are 96-00 mugen style lips made to fit the 92-95 bumper.
