weak spark on stock 90 hatch, cant figure it out

weak spark on stock 90 hatch, cant figure it out
this is on my mom's '90 hatch dx. it would start when it wants to. the spark just gets weak for some reason. i changed the igniter, cap, rotor, new wires, and plugs. and still the same. sometime i'll drive her car around for an hour and its cool. but the other day, i came to the car started it then realiize i forgot my phone; i shut off the car, grab my phone and when i try to start the car again, it would just crank and dont start up 
i want to fix the problem so i could sell this thing 
help me out with some advices and what u think it mite be
