fuel hose that goes from filter to rail question!!!!
when i got my b16a3 in my car all i wanted to do was start her up
when i put that fuel hose on it
a) didnt fit right because of some tabs on it that i bent out of the way
b)has a wierd, but not bad angle on it to make it fit
my question is this
is the hose and fitting(from a d16y8 sohc vtec) good enuf to supply the b16 with fuel?

NO, they are different you need one with a different connection. Go to a junk yard and compair the difference between yours and a B series line.
