94 Honda Accord ?Maintance Requiered?

94 Honda Accord ?Maintance Requiered?
on my accord and prob. all accord they have some little square on the the bottom of the speedometer and mine says maintace requiered and the little square is red. i seen other accords and they have it green i did the oil change and everything when i got it like 1 1/2 months ago i dont know what other thing can be wrong with it.does anyone know what the problems can be?.thanks for any replys

No problems, it is just a reminder that you should do maintenance, eg change oil. Every 6k miles I believe, it will turn yellow then red, just stick your key in that little slot next to it to reset it.

that little square is connected to the odometer and just changes color add the recomended maintenence interval which is way too long. i just leave it red.
