I'm putting my springs on and have a ?...
Is there anything that I need to do or should watch out for? I'm putting neuspeed sports on my 99 GS-R. Do i need to cut the bump stops? Advise needed...
Nothing really....just be safe. Use a nice jack, spring compressor, and use jack stands. Very important!
As with the bumpstops, it's hard to say. Some people say yes, some say no. I didn't do mine and it rides fine. Then someone said to do it, so when I had the suspension out, I cut them. Still rides exactly the same. I'm on KYB AGX's and Sprint springs.
Good luck.

Springs are supposed to come w/ literature that tells about bumpstops. My H&R Sport springs came with a sheet that says specifically to NOT cut the bumpstops except for some Accords and Preludes. So, I left them intact.
