Default What does Nopi have planned for Street Tire Next Year?

Is is still going to exist or will there be new rules? I've been hearing rumors that they might get rid of the class, is there any truth to this?

Are you speaking of Pro street tire or Power street (sportsman street tire)?

If this is true, I can see why. There was only 3 cars in attendance for that class at Atco. Very close competetion and fun to watch but, not many cars. I just hope they keep Power street around for a while. It's the only class for people that can't compete in T4 (besides lame *** brackets ).

I got an Rx-7 that will be ready for next year depending on class of course.

s/t always seemed to be a battle of supras. hopefully the new class will allow other cars to be competitive...

seems like there going to keep the class pretty much the same.
They might allow aftermarket rear ends for 4cyl/2 rotor cars as long as it stay's the same. Ex. IRS stays IRS.
